Quick, Easy & Super Healthy Refrigerated Oats Recipe That Will Change Your Life!

It's an understatement to say I'm obsessed with this refrigerated oats recipe! No microwave or stove needed and it's one less thing I have to worry about in the morning. Just grab it and go! Most importantly, it's an extremely healthy way to start the day (I use all organic ingredients). Not to mention, it's actually really good! It takes less than 5 minutes to whip together the night before so it's ready to go in the morning, making life a little bit easier for the day.

What you'll need:
-1/3 Cup Steel-cut Oats
-1/2 Cup Frozen Berries (I prefer blueberries, but you can use any!)
-1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt 
-1/3 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
-Chia Seeds
-Flax Seed 
-Almond Butter 

All you do is add the ingredients together in a container, mix it all together & then stick it in the fridge overnight so it's ready to be enjoyed in the morning. The almond butter, chia seeds, & flax seed are all optional and you can really use any berries you want, but why not try to make it as healthy as possible?! I just use a spoonful for the seeds and almond butter, but you can use however much or little you want. You can also throw in some granola too! Be creative! Xo
